Dobrodosli! We are a Croatian family renting out five apartments in our beach house since quite some years. We are very excited to welcome guests from all over the world. Although our english is not the best, we are trying hard to learn it and use translators. For language reasons, your messages will be answered by our daughter Lucija. The house is located 2 walking minutes from the very clean stone beach. The beach is private and has max. 5-10 people there at the same time. Water is crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling, diving, fishing (upon request we can provide you with fishing equipment) or just lying and tanning in a relaxing environment.

Prizna is a very small village (in the winter, there are only 6 habitants) located directly at the sea, at the edge of mountain ‘Velebit’ in northern Croatia. It is the perfect place for relaxation and getaway, surrounded by untouched nature. Therefore, please note that there are NO SUPERMARKETS or restaurants located directly in the village, which makes it an ideal place for families who want to escape the stress of everyday life. At the same time, Prizna is also the harbor for ferries going to island Pag (Croatia’s longest island). You could go there on a day trip to see famous cities like ‘Novalja’, ‘Grad Pag’ or to party at Croatia’s top party destination, beach ‘Zrce’. The historically famous cities ‘Zadar’ and ‘Senj’ are reachable within one hour. Closest shopping and dining is located in the city of Karlobag (14km) or the villages Ribarica and Cesarica (7km). Moreover, Prizna is located perfectly for day trips to the national parks ‘Plitvicka Jezera’, ‘Krka’ and ‘Northern Velebit’.
