The apartments are located at the first floor in the authentic stone house built in 1851. at Bačvice, one of most beautiful places in Split. The apartments are adapted and designed in 2018. by conceptual solution of Sandra Mateljan, a renowned Split designer. You can feel refreshing from hot sunshine thanks to the colors at the entrance to the apartments. Apartments are fully equipped except fridge, the kitchen has electric board, dishwasher and all necessary dishes. Apartments are air conditioned, also with TV and free WiFi. Caffe diner is on the ground floor of the house and in front off is cafeteria. Sandy beach Bačvice (Copacabana of Split) and UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace from the 4th century are about five minutes walk away. Actually, the whole old city core with a lot of sights including Croatian National Theater is a five to ten minutes walk away. Very close to the apartments are ferry terminal, bus station and bus stop for airport which is 22km away. The green piazza is about three minutes walk away and a fish market is about ten minutes walk away from the apartments. Several supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are also close. The public parking place is close.

There are free parking places in the street. The public parking place is close and is charged 10 euros per day. Park-forest Marjan with panoramic sea view and cycling/hiking trails is 1.5km away from the apartments.
