A great place to stay in the historical center of Porec within a short walking distance to the beach. Completely renovated apartment in 2017 is located in a historic building from the Gothic era (15th century) Suitable for 2-3 persons, fully equipped. Apartment Lea is self-catering and air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi in a historical center of Poreč. The apartment was renovated in May 2017 and contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area, bathroom with a shower, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron), bedroom with a double bed, and sofa bed in the living area. There are two bicycles available. Possiblity of parking without extra charges. Because of the age of the building and the many owners of the common space, the staircase is in poor condition. But don't worry, the apartment was renovated in May 2017 :)
The apartment is located in a Main street of a historical center of Poreč, numerous historical attraction, bars, restaurants and shops can be find all around the neighborhood. The nearest beach is within easy walking distance (5-10 min). Main Bus Station is in a 5-10 min walking distance , Main Port 3 min walking distance. *Free parking (we provide you with parking card to access our public city parking free of charge.) *Shops, markets, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, beach, bus station, marina - within walking distance. * For exploring the city, beach, nature and its surroundings - two bicycles!!!
