The holiday house has 2 furnished apartments and Apartment Nola is located on the ground floor. Apartment is spacious and consist of kitchen, living room and dinning place all in one, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and an additional toilet. There is also a terrace with barbecue and a garden but I have to mention they are not fully done yet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron… Pets are welcome!
Hi! My name is Daria and I am a landscape architect living in Rijeka, Croatia. The house belongs to my parents and it was built as a weekend house for family and friends. Due to circumstances, we started renting it, which we now enjoy. My mother is in charge of cleaning, father is in charge of repairs and maintenance and my job is mostly communication and organization.
The house is located in Porozina - a small holiday settlement on the northwest coast of island Cres. Porozina and the whole island boast beautiful nature with beaches and forests as well. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away from the house and because of the proximity of the forest it is not uncommon to see deer walking on the street. Supermarkets, gas station, restaurants and clubs are situated in the city of Cres, 25 km away. In Porozina there are only 2 small bars. A place to retreat away from the crowds!
