These pleasant and silent apartments were designed in 2019. They are located in the very center of the city of Rijeka, about 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the main city promenade Korzo, right next to the known local Phanas Pub, close to the city market and Croatian National Theatre of Ivan Zajc. In a circle of 200 meters you can find numerous stores, caffes and restaurants. The apartments include an air conditioner, kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge and dishes, dining table, bathroom with a toilet, shower cabin, sink and toilet cabinet with hairdryer, sleeping area with a 200x160cm double bed, closet and a worktable. About 500 meters from the apartments you can find the cheapest parking lots in the center of the city with a 32 kn (about 4.5 euro) daily ticket. You can also park on closer parking lots and parking spots by the streets with city costs.
