Two-bedroom holiday house 40m from the beach on the island of Molat perfect for 4 or 5 persons.

Property info

Holiday House Kaliope build in 2016 on the island of Molat and since then is welcoming travellers from all over the world. Her position is exceptional. This Beachfront house with a sea view in a small village of Brgulje has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room, and a big roofed terrace. 120m2 house has also a big garden in which guests can make a barbecue or enjoy the sun on the sunbeds. The outdoor shower is installed in the garden. The house is only 40 m far from the beach and the local harbour. A Restaurant and local shop are 100 m far from the house. TV-Sat is installed in all bedrooms, the house has 3 air-conditioners, a washing machine, Wi-Fi. Bathroom towels and bed-linen are provided.

Molat is an island in the northern part of Zadar archipelago. The island has numerous bays, channels, beaches and caverns. One daily ferry line connects Molat with Zadar and makes it even a better and more intimate tourist destination. In a few days, you can explore the entire island. It is a real paradise for nature lovers. The places of Molat, Brgulje, and Zapuntel are situated In the inner part of the island. The most beautiful beaches of the island are situated in the most known place Brgulje. Brgulje is an idyllic, quiet, family-friendly hamlet, in the south-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 3 km north-west from Molat. In the resort: grocery, restaurant.
