Very clean, you have everything you need, close to the sea, 30-40 mins walking to the old town. The owner Sandrina is very friendly and helpful, she allowed me to check in earlier. Recommended!

Hosana apartments is located in the vicinity of the old city center and there is Karma promenade, which is unique because it goes along the sea, where we can enjoy the view of the beautiful Zadar canal and the pine forest. The promenade goes all the way to the old town and ends at the unique Sea organ. The facility is 20 meters from the sea. There is 200 meters away of pebble beach which is near the apartment, where there is also a cafe, and if you want to be alone, you can swim on the rocks, away from the view and the crowd. A special charm is a walk in the evening hours when we can experience a beautiful sunset. The facility has private parking. The apartments are located on the ground floor. It also has a spacious terrace with a seating area. All units are air-conditioned, have access to wifi and super fast internet. The room has a TV, a twin bed, a coffee machine, a kettle, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a hairdryer and toiletries. The one-room apartment has a room with a double bed, an equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a living room with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower. It has a large terrace shared with another unit, but has outdoor furniture. The apartment with a terrace has a spacious area that is air-conditioned, a room with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine... The bathroom has a bathtub, and a washing machine. The apartment has a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has its own terrace with outdoor furniture. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every 10 days cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is in good position because it is only 1km walk from the main bus station. Leaving the apartment only 20 minutes walk you are away from the many monuments of extremely rich cultural and historical heritage of the city of Zadar. Walking along the old UNESCO-protected city walls, you can enjoy the shade of two city gardens. The park of Queen Jelena and the park of Vladimir Nazor, which were created after the destruction of the war and which serve as a reminder when Zadar defended itself. Today they are the pride of the city where you can escape from the summer heat and enjoy the many Mediterranean plants. There is also a beautiful square of five wells with the Captain's Tower and the remains of Roman walls. A few meters away is the church of one of the four patron saints of Zadar, St. Sime, who keeps the golden chest with the completely preserved body of St. Simon. Across from the church is the newly decorated Rector's Palace, which is extremely important for the culture of the city of Zadar because it has numerous halls and constant exhibitions of works of art by many famous artists. We walk to the main town square, where there are many cafes and cafes, nearby is a large city market with a constant supply of fresh fruits and vegetables from our fertile Ravni kotari and fish markets that have a large offer of fresh fish. There is the main city street Kalelarga which leads us to the ancient Roman forum, the church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of St. St. Anastasia and the Church of St. Marija, which preserves priceless treasures, an exhibition of the unique church sacral art Gold and Silver of the city of Zadar.
