This brand new and modern apartment (74m2) consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be connected as one double. Feel free to let us know which option suits you best. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults, as there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room. We also accept 6 guests because two children can sleep on the sofa. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all other utensils necessary for cooking. Next to the kitchen, there is access to a spacious terrace with a TV and a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Our guests have access to two toilets with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned. One AC is in the living room to cool off the common areas and bedroom and the second in the bedroom. Enjoy time together with our outdoor grill and enjoy your meals on the spacious terrace with a view of the famous beach Zlatni rat. A few meters above our house there is a hiking trail to Vidova gora, for those who feel adventurous. The center and the closest beach are only 5 minutes away, by car. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU MARK IN YOUR RESERVATION IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT. NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. WE ARE REALLY STRICT ABOUT THIS RULE. IN CASE YOU WANT TO ADD ANOTHER PERSON, PLEASE ASK US FIRST.

My name is Bosko. I have lived in Bol most of my life. Three years ago I decided to renovate my house and add another floor. Since I have been working as a construction worker for as far as I can remember I took care of every detail in the apartment. The apartment is surrounded by greenery (olive and almond trees) and is located in a quiet area. The nearest and largest supermarket (Studenac) is only 3 minute walk from the house. One of the best restaurants in Bol (Ranch) is 500 meters away. The famous Zlatni Rat Beach can be reached by car in 6 minutes. If you decide to go to the center of Bol, you will arrive in about 15 minutes. Since the return is a little harder on hot summer days, we recommend that you take a car and park in the center. The best possible way to get around in Bol is by scooter. This way you can also explore the island.
