It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, coffe maker, oven and stove), a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, a bathroom with shower, a spacious and bright double bedroom, and a comfortable single one. The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, wifi connection, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, stove; and sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps based on the number of guests.

Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana.
